In export-oriented B2B, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) has a clear cost floor because the most decisive work—corpus calibration, knowledge structure design, and industry judgment—cannot be fully replaced by automation. When cost drops too far, the delivery typically shifts to bulk generation. Output goes up, but AI search visibility and citation rates often go down.

The real question is not “Did you use AI?” but “Was it calibrated?” In AI search, trust beats volume.

The Typical Low-Cost Trap: More Pages, Less Influence

Many B2B teams have seen this pattern: a vendor promises “AI content at scale,” and the website gets dozens (or hundreds) of new pages per month.
